Wound Care
Our goal is to promote healing and prevent recurrence for each resident’s wound. We care for wounds gently and respectfully, developing a custom treatment plan fit for each individual in their unique stage. Our specialized care team will monitor each wound site for signs of infection.
Restorative Nursing Program
At Whitefish Care and Rehabilitation we seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population, who require a specialized restorative program. Our therapy team and nursing staff will develop individualized treatment plans for resident care in the areas of:
- Ambulation
- Range of motion
- Activities of daily living
